I. General concepts
- Regulations – these regulations

- Service User – any natural person who gains access to the Website and uses the services provided via the Website by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General provisions
- The Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Website and define the rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Website.
- The Service Provider provides free tools in the form of the Website, enabling Service Users to access content in the form of entries, articles, and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.
- Any content, articles, and information containing tips or advice published on the Website constitutes only a general collection of information and is not directed at individual Service Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Users.
- The Service User assumes full responsibility for the use of the materials provided on the Website, including their use in compliance with applicable law.
- The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee as to the suitability of the materials posted on the Website.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Website. All risks related to the use of the Website, and in particular the use and exploitation of information posted on the Website, are borne by the Service User using the Website’s services.
III. Terms of Use of the Website
- Use of the Website by each Service User is free and voluntary.
- Service Users are required to read the Terms and Conditions and other documents constituting an integral part thereof and must accept their provisions in their entirety in order to continue using the Website.
- Service Users may not use any personal data obtained through the Website for marketing purposes.

- In order to ensure the safety of the Service Provider, the Service User and other Service Users using the Website, all Service Users using the Website should comply with generally accepted network security rules,
- Actions performed personally by Service Users or using software are prohibited:
- without written consent, decompiling and analyzing the source code,
- without written consent, causing an excessive load on the Website server,
- without written consent, attempting to detect security vulnerabilities in the Website and server configuration,
- attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software onto the server or database that may cause damage to the Website software, other Service Users, or the Service Provider,
- attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software onto the server or database that may track or steal data from Service Users or the Service Provider,
- taking any action intended to damage, block the operation of the Website, or prevent the fulfillment of the purpose for which the Website operates.
- In the event of detection of the occurrence or potential possibility of a Cybersecurity incident or a violation of the GDPR, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users.
IV. Terms and conditions of registration
- Service Users can use the Website without registering.
- Service Users must be registered and have an account on the Website to use additional services provided on the Website, which are only available to Service Users after logging in.
- Registration on the Website is voluntary.
- Registration on the Website is free of charge.
- Each Service User may only have one account on the Website.
- Technical requirements for account registration:
- having an individual e-mail account,
- Service Users registering on the Website consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service User to the extent to which they were entered into the Website during the registration process and to their subsequent changes or deletion.
- The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete the accounts of Service Users at its own discretion, thus preventing or limiting access to individual or all services, content, materials and resources of the Website, in particular if the Service User violates the Regulations, generally applicable legal provisions, principles of social coexistence or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Users, the legitimate interest of the Service Provider and third parties cooperating or not with the Service Provider.
- All services of the Website may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or removed, and may also be temporarily suspended or access to them may be limited, at the discretion of the Service Provider, without the possibility of raising objections in this respect by Service Users.
- Additional security rules for using your account:
- Users registered on the Website are prohibited from sharing their account login and password with third parties.
- The Service Provider has no right to, and will never, request a password from a User for a selected account.
- Deleting an account:
- Each Service User with an account on the Website has the option to delete their account from the Website.
- Service Users can do so after logging in to the Website panel.
- Account deletion results in the removal of all identifying information about the Service User and the anonymization of their username and email address.
V. Newsletter service terms and conditions
- Users can use the Website without having to sign up for the Newsletter.
- Signing up for the Newsletter is voluntary.
- Signing up for the Newsletter is free of charge.
- Technical requirements for the Newsletter service:

- Terms of Service for the Newsletter:
- providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
- verification of the provided e-mail account by activating the link sent to it,
- consent to receive e-mail notifications,
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- notifying you about new news, entries, competitions, and other promotional campaigns related to the Website’s services,
- notifications about promotional campaigns of the Website’s partners (Marketing messages),
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
- Each Service User subscribed to the Newsletter service has the option to unsubscribe from the Service.
- Service Users can do so via a link included in each email sent.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the email address provided being deleted from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Terms of communication and provision of other services on the Website
- The Website provides services and tools enabling Service Users to interact with the Website in the form of:

- Commenting on posts and articles
- The website provides contact details in the form of:
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- In the event of contact between the Service User and the Service Provider, the personal data of the Service Users will be processed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy”, which constitutes an integral part of the Regulations.
- Conditions for posting content by Service Users on the Website:
- It is prohibited to post offensive or defamatory content on the Website towards the Service Provider, other Service Users, third parties, and third parties.
- It is prohibited to post text, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, and other works on the Website for which the Service User does not hold a license, or for which the author of the property rights has not consented to their free publication.
- It is prohibited to post vulgar, pornographic, erotic content, or content inconsistent with Polish and European law on the Website, as well as links to websites containing such content.
- It is prohibited to post scripts and programs that overload the server, illegal software, software intended to breach security, and other similar activities on the Website, as well as links to websites containing such materials.
- It is prohibited to post marketing content or content advertising other commercial websites, products, services, or commercial websites on the Website.
VII. Collecting data about Service Users
In order to properly provide services through the Website, protect the Service Provider’s legitimate interests, and ensure the Website’s operation complies with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Website. To properly provide services, the Website uses and stores certain anonymous information about the User in cookies. The scope, purposes, method, and principles of data processing are available in the annexes to the Terms and Conditions: “GDPR Information Obligation” and the “Privacy Policy,” which constitute an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

To ensure the smooth operation of the Website and for statistical purposes, we automatically collect certain data about the Service User. - Anonymous data necessary for serving advertisements: Remarketing data, Advertising reporting data
The above data is obtained via the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

VIII. Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and the copyright therein.
- Some of the data contained on the Website is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties unrelated in any way to the Service Provider, and is used under licenses obtained or based on a free license.
- Under the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search engines (excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn) any articles, descriptions, photos, or any other content, graphic, video, or audio materials found on the Website without the written consent or consent communicated via electronic communication of their legal owner.
- Under the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, simple press releases, understood as information alone, without commentary and assessment by the author, are not protected. The Author understands this as the possibility of using information from the texts published on the website, but not copying all or part of the articles unless this has been indicated in the individual material made available on the Website.
IX. Changes to the Regulations
- All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without providing reasons.
- Notice of amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically to Service Users registered on the Website.
- In the event of a change to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions will take effect immediately upon publication for Service Users who do not have an account on the Website.
- In the event of a change to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions will take effect with a 7-day transition period for Service Users with accounts on the Website registered before the amendment.
- Any Service User who continues to use the Website after the amendment to the Terms and Conditions is deemed to have accepted them in their entirety.
X. Final provisions
- The Service Provider is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the content provided and published on the Website by Service Users, for its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Website’s services are offered continuously. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Website at a time selected by the Service Provider, without prior notice to Service Users using the Website.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Website for the purpose of improving it, adding services, or performing maintenance, without prior notice to Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Website without prior notice to Service Users. The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in full, all of its rights and obligations related to the Website, without the consent and possibility of expressing any objections by the Service Users.
